One of our student has been studying with Aspect college, therefore we have asked him how he has liked the college. :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: I attended the Retail Management course of Aspect ISBT from January until June in 2003. The first thing I was very happy to discover, was the diversity of students’ nationality. There was no overwhelming majority of any nations, like it sometimes happenes in other schools. In my class we had czech, slovak, polish, italian, french, german, swiss, brasilian, mexican, korean and even two aussie students. The athmosphere was really great. I know it sounds like a usual sentence from a brossure of a school or agency, but I felt that there exist a company of students with regular programes and parties. What is more important though, that as a part of the retail course we could gain practical experience. We had classes for 3 days per week and for the 2 days remained, the school organized work for us. Around 10 of us went to the Franklins in Maroubra with a teacher. The school already arranged an appointment with the manager and each of us was interviewd. It wasn’t hard, so all of us had been hired. Although it was a part of our studies, they still payed full wages in Franklins. Moreover, the time we were spending there as work experience, hadn’t been deducted from the 20 working hours. As a result, we had been allowed to work 28 hours a week, fully payed. Aspect also organizes intership programes. One student, for example, wanted to see how waste metal recycling works in Australia. So, the school organized an intership for him with a recycling company for one month. In my opinion Aspect is one of the best vocational education provider in Sydney. I can offer itt o any oversees student, who is planning to study in Australia. Peter :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
